About jill

Hey there! I’m Jill. I’m a 28-year-old Tennessee native, wife and first-time mom. Before I became pregnant with my first baby, I learned all I could about preconception health, home birth, and postpartum. I became fascinated with the world of motherhood! In sharing what I’ve learned — as well as my own journey to becoming a mom — my goal is to equip current and future mamas with information and resources to help them love their pregnancy, prep their bodies and minds for labor, know their options, and self-advocate. I’m so glad you’re here! Photo by Sarah Michelle Photography
